Delivery Information

Delivery is FREE within the U.K. for all orders over £35. Orders under £35 will incur a postage cost of £3.00 which will be automatically added at the checkout. For other destinations the cost of delivery will be added when the destination is entered at the shopping cart stage and before the checkout is completed.

Most orders will be despatched within 48 hours by Royal Mail or courier service. Please note for most items the recipient will be required to sign for them. If you do not receive the goods within 10 working days please advise us by e-mail.

Delivery will only be made to the cardholders registered address or place of work which may need to be verified before despatch. We will not under any circumstances deliver to any other address.

On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch the goods as descibed above.

If the goods you have ordered are not in stock we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date by e-mail or telephone. You will of course at this stage have the option to either choose an alternative style or cancel the order. If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your chosen method of payment.

If more than 1 pair is ordered they may be despatched at different times.
