Through this letter I would like to convey my thanks for the prompt and efficient service I received from your company.

Rather than place my order via the internet, I contacted your company by phone and asked if it was possible to place an order over the telephone. The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more pleasant and helpful if he tried. When I told him the shoes I wanted, he said he would check if they were instock and phone me back. Within minutes he had phoned me back confirming that they were instock and I had placed my order.

Confirmation of my order was then sent within minutes to my email address and within 48 hours the shoes were on my doorstep; superbly packed. What excellent service!
