This marketing is also part of our interest as a business but you can ask us to not to use your information in this way by letting us know what you would prefer not to receive. Making a purchase from our Website or over the phone

When you purchase a product from us using our website we will collect your name, address, telephone number and email address.

We need this information in order to fulfil your order and also to allow you to return any products if you wish and deal with any concerns you might have. This is a contract between us and if you don’t provide the information we won’t be able to sell you products this way. We are also required to collect some of this information to meet our legal obligations such as accounting for VAT.

We collect your email address, name and address, when you supply these on the Subscriber pages or you create a new account but are not buying a product at that time. We use this to add you to our email newsletter subscriber list.

This data is used to send you details of the products and services, offers and promotions. By supplying your details on this page you are agreeing to the use of this data in this way. You can ask us to stop providing this information by clicking the unsubscribe link on any email we send you. We will stop using your email address to send you marketing information once you have asked us to but to ensure you don’t receive further email marketing we will retain the email address.

In these circumstances we will retain your information for up to 10 years from an unsubscribe request.

How we look after your information
